Based in Lisbon, TrueDatarium works with clients across Portugal. Our service is structured to work remotely for the majority of clients, with in-person support available in the greater Lisbon area.

Because our service is fundamentally about receiving, organising and delivering digital files, geography is rarely a barrier. Clients from Porto to the Algarve, from the Alentejo to the Azores, can use TrueDatarium's services without ever visiting our Lisbon office.

For clients in Lisbon and the surrounding municipalities, we also offer the option of in-person document collection and drop-off, which some clients find more convenient for handling physical receipts and paperwork.

Many of our clients are expats or digital nomads who have registered businesses in Portugal. As long as your business is registered in Portugal and you work with a Portuguese contabilista, we can support your record organisation regardless of where you're based.

How remote works

Sending us your documents
from anywhere in Portugal.

Our remote service is designed to be as low-friction as possible. You don't need to install specific software or use a particular platform — we adapt to what works for you.

Photograph receipts Use your phone to photograph paper receipts and send them via email or a shared folder.
Forward emails Forward supplier invoices and digital receipts directly to a dedicated inbox we set up for you.
Cloud upload Drop files into a shared folder (Google Drive, Dropbox or similar) that we both have access to.
Post physical documents Send physical receipts by post to our Lisbon address. We'll acknowledge receipt and handle them securely.
